Ten EHOVE students (six high school and four adult ed) have won gold medals and advanced to the national competition. Thirteen students (10 high school and three adult ed) earned silver or bronze medals. See the full list of results. Photos will be published at www.facebook.com/EHOVEworks.
Participating in student organizations and competitions allows students to experience the leadership opportunities, community service work, chance to apply the career field skills they’ve learned, and professional connections and opportunities.
SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. The Ohio chapter provides its 31,500+ career-technical education members, which includes many EHOVE students, the opportunity to participate in local, regional, state and national competitive events, and encourages students to give back to the community through various community service activities.
