Our new cafe on campus is named Cafe @ 316 as a nod to the school's address at 316 West Mason Road in Milan. Run by the Food Service Operations students, under the direction of their instructor, the cafe offers coffee, soups, salads, subs and desserts. Cafe at 316 features reasonable and tasty options in its menu. Holiday and party platters, fruit trays, charcuterie boards and more are available by calling in an order in advance.

We do our best to list all closing dates, but weather, school events or last minute situations may cause our cafe to close. Watch the Food Service Operations Facebook page for any closure announcements beyond the dates listed in our schedule.

• The cafe is located in the same building as the High School Office. After you enter campus, turn right and go down the main drive. Look for the second building on your right. On the far end of that building, park in front of the entrance facing south that has a Young Chef Inn sign. Use only that entrance to reach the cafe.
